Frequently asked questions about terraces

Can new flooring be laid over the old flooring?

Sometimes yes, if the substrate is sound and the height allows it. We assess this during the visit.

What paving is best by the sea?

We usually recommend slip-resistant porcelain tiles or treated natural stone for their resistance to salt exposure.

Can you enclose the terrace?

Yes, with aluminium and glass enclosures, subject to regulations and the community of owners' requirements.

Do you also fix leaks into the flat below?

Yes, and that comes first: without watertightness, new paving solves nothing.
