Data we process
We only process information you provide voluntarily by telephone, email or WhatsApp, plus minimal technical data needed for website security and operation.
Purposes and legal basis
We use data to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, manage pre-contractual or contractual relationships, meet legal duties and protect the website. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate security interests and consent where applicable.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed for the request or service and afterwards for legally required periods or possible liabilities.
Recipients and external services
We do not sell personal data. Necessary hosting, communications, support or professional providers may process it under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. WhatsApp and TikTok apply their own policies when opened.

Children and security
Contact channels are not intended for children under 14. Reasonable security measures are applied, although no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
