Frequently asked questions about painting
Does the home need to be emptied for painting?
Not always. We can work room by room, protecting and moving furniture, although work progresses faster when the home is empty.
What happens if there is damp in the wall?
Before painting, we identify the source. Painting over active damp only hides the problem for a few weeks, so the cause must be resolved first.
Do you paint façades of villas and communal properties?
Yes. We work on façades of detached homes and communal properties, including surface repairs beforehand and crack repairs.
How many coats of paint do you apply?
As many as needed for an even finish, usually two, and more when there are significant colour changes or highly absorbent surfaces.
