Can you upgrade the electrical installation in an old apartment?
Yes. This is one of the most common jobs in apartments on the Costa del Sol: we replace wiring, the distribution board, switches and sockets, adapting the installation to current use.
Can it be done without building work throughout the home?
In many cases yes, by combining localised wall chasing with routing through suspended ceilings. We assess this during the visit according to the layout of the home.
Do you install recessed LED lighting?
Yes, both in plasterboard suspended ceilings and in existing ceilings, with the lighting points and colour temperature defined beforehand.
